Wakesports Unlimited Warranty Policy
Nearly all manufacturers provide a warranty against defects and workmanship. Each new product sold by Wakesports Unlimited is covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty time period does vary from company to company and product to product. In most cases the original warranty extends for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase, and covers defects in material and workmanship. (Please check the manufacturer's website for information regarding their specific warranty policy since all manufacturers have different policies.)
Some manufacturers will handle warranty claims directly with the consumer and Wakesports Unlimited will help any way we can if issues arise. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer directly concerning any warranty issues. The manufacturer will make all warranty decisions in which Wakesports Unlimited will help submit your warranty if there are any issues to make it easier for the customer.
Return shipping on warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer. Sometimes the manufacturer will cover shipping charges within the United Sates on all items replaced or repaired under warranty. Again, that is up to the manufacturer.
No refunds will be given on warranty claims.
